How It Works


1. Apply Online: Fill the application form. We will review your application, and issue an individual reference number.

2. When you found a suitable position, you need to fill a short Express Interest Form to highlight relevant experience and key competences. The link to this form can be found in each role description.

3. Selection. If you are successful, you will be invited for the next stage of the selection process. On this stage you need to pay a deposit. The Skype interview will be conducted by our staff member or by the host organisation. 

4. Interview Outcomes/Confirmation. When the host organisation approved your candidature, you will receive an acceptance letter. After receiving your payment, we will start working with the host organisation to prepare all documents you need for your university/college and all practical arrangements you need to successful internship.
